Vanilla Pecan Superfood Oat Cup with Collagen

Our oat cups are the perfect easy breakfast, snack, or dessert at home or on the go. To make our oatmeal, you can microwave it, add hot water, or add cold milk for overnight oats.

• Microwave (times may vary): Add water to the fill line inside cup. Microwave on high for 60-75 seconds and stir well.
• Hot Water: Add boiling water or milk to fill line and stir well. Let it steep covered for 4-5 minutes.
• Overnight Oats: Add milk of choice to the fill line. Add your favorite toppings and flavors, stir and cover, and then chill for at least 15 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
